We do not collect payment card details directly. Where online card payment is used, transactions are processed securely through a licensed payment gateway regulated by the Central Bank of Oman; Maraya does not store or have access to your full card information. Other payment methods (such as bank transfer) may also be available and will be communicated to you directly by our team.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to: Prepare and respond to your travel or partnership enquiry; Coordinate services with our local suppliers (hotels, transportation providers, event organisers) on your behalf; Communicate with you regarding your request, in line with our commitment to respond within four business hours during official working hours; Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the Sultanate of Oman.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Sharing Information with Suppliers
To deliver destination management services, we may share the minimum necessary information (such as traveller names and travel dates) with trusted local suppliers (e.g., hotels, transfer providers) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your request. Suppliers are expected to handle this information responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain enquiry and booking-related information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by Omani law and accounting/regulatory obligations.
