These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the maraya.tours website and any services requested from Maraya Tours, a division of Al Noor Business Solutions LLC, registered in the Sultanate of Oman (“Maraya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
About Our Services
Maraya is a Destination Management Company (DMC) providing tailor-made travel and destination management services across Oman and Qatar for travel agencies, tour operators, corporate travel managers, independent tour leaders, and their travellers. Our website is designed to help you submit a request and receive a proposal; it is not an instant online booking engine. All services are confirmed only after a proposal has been reviewed and accepted, and payment (where applicable) has been received.
Enquiries & Proposals
Submitting a Quote Request does not constitute a confirmed booking. Upon receiving your enquiry, our team will respond within four business hours during official working hours with a tailored proposal or a request for additional information. A booking is only confirmed once you have accepted a proposal and any required payment has been successfully processed.
Payments
Maraya accepts payment through bank transfer, online card payment, or other methods as agreed with our team. Where online card payment is used, transactions are processed through a licensed and regulated payment gateway in the Sultanate of Oman. Final checkout amounts for online card payments are processed in Omani Rial (OMR); prices shown elsewhere on the site in other currencies are indicative only. Maraya does not store your card details.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read this section carefully. Many of the services Maraya arranges (hotel accommodation, event access such as Formula 1 Grand Prix packages, transportation, and other third-party experiences) are provided through independent local and international suppliers, each of which may apply its own cancellation and refund terms. These terms can vary significantly by supplier and by service — for certain event-based or high-demand packages, cancellation within a defined period before travel may result in a partial or full charge, including cases where no refund is possible.
Before confirming any booking, Maraya will clearly communicate the specific cancellation terms that apply to your request. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept the applicable supplier terms disclosed to you at that time.
Where a refund is due, it will reflect any amounts that are non-recoverable from our suppliers, as well as payment processing commission, which is not refundable once a transaction has settled.
Client Responsibilities
Clients (and the agencies/tour leaders acting on their behalf) are responsible for ensuring travellers have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other documentation required for travel to Oman and/or Qatar. Maraya can advise where relevant but is not responsible for a traveller’s failure to meet entry requirements.
Our Role & Limitation of Liability
Maraya acts as a destination management coordinator, arranging and overseeing services delivered by third-party suppliers. While we carefully select our supplier network and manage bookings professionally, Maraya’s liability is limited to the direct services we coordinate and does not extend to matters outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to flight delays, supplier insolvency, government decisions, natural events, or force majeure). Maraya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to Itineraries
Maraya reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to arrangements where necessary for operational, safety, or supplier-related reasons, and will inform affected parties as promptly as possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on maraya.tours, including text, branding, and design, is the property of Al Noor Business Solutions LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
